I eat a balanced diet but am really unactive which is why I am heavier than I should be. I recently joined a gym and thought that I could do: 1) 20 minutes cycling 2) 20 minutes on the running machine (15mins jog, 5 mins walk) 3) 10 minutes rowing 4) 10 minutes using various equipment for toning 5) 5 minutes on the crosstrainer If this is good I will happily do it but I really NEED to loose those 2 stone then I will be at a healthy BMI and have a good body.
